Refunds and right of withdrawal
In short
- If you change your mind before the workshop starts, you get a full refund.
- Once the workshop has started, the right of withdrawal generally ends; even so, if something has gone wrong, write to me and we will talk.
- If the seller cancels or postpones a workshop, you choose: transfer to a new date, or a full refund.
1. The withdrawal period
Before provision of the service has begun, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the agreement being formed, without giving any reason and without penalty.
2. When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent. In practice this means: once the first live session has started, the right of withdrawal ends.
In addition, because session recordings and course materials count as content supplied instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal also ends once you have been given access to them.
3. How do I withdraw?
A one-line email to [email protected] with your order number and name is enough. You do not need to fill in a special form. Messaging on WhatsApp is also a valid notice.
Your notice of withdrawal is deemed to have reached the seller below:

4. Refund period and method
Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us, the payment is refunded through the same channel and to the same card you paid with. The time your bank takes to show it on your card is separate and varies by bank.
The refund is made in the US dollar amount you paid. Because both the charge and the refund are in USD, the dollar amount returned to you is exactly the same. However, the lira amount on your card may differ from what you paid, due to the exchange rate difference between the purchase date and the refund date and your bank's international transaction fee. That difference originates from the bank.
5. What if I miss a session?
The recording of any session you could not attend stays with you. Not attending is not on its own grounds for a refund; but if you have a serious reason such as illness, we can talk about moving you to the next cohort.
6. What if the workshop is cancelled?
If too few registrations are received or force majeure arises, a workshop may be postponed or cancelled. In that case I ask you which you prefer: transfer to a new date, or a full refund of what you paid.
7. If the service does not meet expectations
Because the seller is incorporated in New Zealand, the service guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 also apply: if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, the remedies set out in that Act are available. This is in addition to the rights of a consumer resident in Türkiye under Law No. 6502.
