3. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is the sale and provision of the live online training service ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller's website, whose characteristics and price are set out below.
4. Characteristics and price of the service
| Workshop | Length | Price (net of taxes) |
|---|---|---|
| First Contact with Code | 4 weeks · 1 session per week · 90 min | $79 ≈ 3.783 ₺ |
| Putting AI to Work | 2 weeks · 3 sessions · 90 min | $39 ≈ 1.867 ₺ |
| Your First App with AI | 1 day · 2 sessions · 5 hours total | $19 ≈ 910 ₺ |
The applicable price is the one shown on the workshop page at the moment the order is placed.
5. Payment and currency
Payment is made in advance by credit or debit card through the secure page of the payment provider (Stripe). Card details are never seen or stored by the seller.
Payment is taken in US dollars (USD). Turkish lira amounts shown on the site are indicative conversions at the prevailing market rate; the contractual amount is the USD figure. The lira amount charged to your card may differ, depending on your bank's rate at the time of the transaction and any international transaction fee. That difference does not originate from the seller.
Instalment options depend on what your card issuer offers for international transactions; most cards do not offer instalments on international payments.
6. Taxes
The price shown is net of indirect taxes in the seller's country. Any taxes or duties arising in the buyer's country are applied in accordance with local law.
The seller is incorporated in New Zealand and is subject to the NZ GST regime in respect of services supplied outside New Zealand. Should the tax position change, this section will be updated and the price display adjusted accordingly.
7. Provision of the service
The service is provided live at the date and time announced on the relevant workshop page. The joining link is sent to the email address given by the buyer before the workshop begins. Session recordings are shared with the buyer.
The seller may postpone or cancel a workshop if too few registrations are received or in case of force majeure. In that event the buyer is notified and may either transfer to a new date or receive a full refund.
8. Service guarantees
The seller undertakes to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. As a company incorporated in New Zealand, the seller is subject to the service guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the prohibition on misleading conduct under the Fair Trading Act 1986.
These guarantees apply in addition to, and do not replace, the rights of a consumer resident in Türkiye under Law No. 6502.
9. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty, before provision of the service has begun. For details and exceptions see Refunds and right of withdrawal.
10. Governing law and disputes
The fact that the seller is incorporated in New Zealand does not remove the consumer rights available to a buyer resident in Türkiye in their own country. A buyer resident in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
For all other disputes, the law and courts of New Zealand apply. This clause does not limit mandatory provisions that operate in the consumer's favour.
11. Entry into force
By completing the order and payment step, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
