My name is Gizem Güney and I am 23. I started doing interviews recently — after graduating, after my internships and my job in the private sector, and once my TÜBİTAK-backed capstone project was approved. On the "Gizem Soruyor" channel I talk to people from technology and business; the person across from me usually knows far more deeply than I do, and my job is to keep asking until that knowledge becomes understandable.
After a while I realised that what matters is not the answers but their order. People hold back from technology not because they find it hard, but because nobody explained it to them in the right order. That is where the workshops came from: to close the distance between someone who writes the code and someone seeing that code for the first time.
