Uğur runs the software services and the corporate side. He builds AI systems in production rather than in slide decks, co-founded Fjordland Group in New Zealand where he serves as interim CFO and CIO, and leads technical execution at Waka Research.

Gizem runs the entire workshop programme, which is Turkish-language and entry-level: for people who have never written code. She is a backend-leaning full-stack developer and does the work she teaches. She does not take part in the software services line.
