On the corporate side

Teaching the tool is easy. The hard part is saying whether it helps you.

In team training Gizem builds the content; I handle the management questions in the room. Which work does this tool actually shorten, which does it not, and does the time your team spends on it come back — the answer is usually "it depends", and talking through that is part of the training.

  • Waka ResearchTechnical lead · satellite imagery, robotics
  • National Science ChallengeLand and Water winner (2024)

For over a decade I have worked on financial operations and business development: budgets, models, collections, market entry. Since 2022 I have also been putting large language models into production systems. These are not two separate jobs for me — you only know whether a system works if you can see the numbers behind it.

Today I build platforms where autonomous agents run for vertical industries; I am a co-founder of Fjordland Group in New Zealand and lead technical execution at Waka Research. The examples I use in training come from there: not constructed case studies, but real systems that work — or that were shut down because they did not.

What I promise

  • To answer the question your team is actually asking, not read out a prepared deck.
  • To say so during the session if I think a tool will not help your work — I have no licence to push.
  • To take the examples from your own processes rather than run a generic demo.

What I do not promise

  • I do not run the workshops. Gizem runs them and they are all entry level; I only take the management-side questions in corporate sessions.
  • Certification or accreditation. What we deliver is training, not a formal qualification.
